The Top Bunk is 110cm from the floor and the overall height is 155cm. The gap is made slightly smaller, you can REQUEST AFTER purchase for a standard, higher gap. The Ladder is 40cm wide. 

Made from SA Furniture-Grade Pine.

Sealed in a Matt Waterbase Sealant.

**All sizes are standard SA sizes. Mattress length of 188cm.
