Taller. Stronger. Built differently.

The Extra High Mickey Bunk Bed isn't just a taller version of the original — it's engineered to a higher standard. The panels are built with reinforced double struts: two panels laminated together to create a structure that's genuinely stronger than anything a single-layer panel can achieve. The result? A bunk bed rated to 220kg that handles real family life without compromise.

The extra height also means a full 1.5m of clearance under the top bunk — enough room for a proper play area, study nook, or serious storage space underneath. It's the bed that works harder for the room it's in.

Why the Extra High Mickey stands apart:

  • Reinforced double-strut laminated panels — extra wood, extra strength
  • 220kg load rated — built for kids and adults alike
  • 1.5m clearance to the underside of the top bunk
  • Rails sit 52cm above the top bunk base for safety
  • Overall height 2.05m — makes the most of ceiling height
  • Solid A-Grade pine, traditional interlocking joinery
  • Available in 4 sizes and 4 finishes

Every piece is handmade with precision — unique in character, consistent in quality.
